• Hourly consulting

Like most consulting firms, CirTerra bills its clients on a “Time and Materials” basis. Fees are proportional to the difficulty of the application or project and the time table. “Rush” projects are more expensive than normally well planned projects. Often, CirTerra has all the necessary data to conduct the project on-hands, sometimes CirTerra must acquire additional data to meet customers’ requirement. Additional data is considered under “Materials”.

• On a project basis

Always working with a long term relationship, CirTerra favors offering its services on “project basis” and will work with the client to clearly understand the needs so that it can reduce total cost.

• Retainer

Working on a “retained” basis allows CirTerra to further reduce costs. In this capacity, CirTerra can also perform “On-Call Support” to an organization to help clients cope with unexpected situations.

• Bid and proposal

CirTerra can be a prime or a sub-contractor to a larger Engineering or GIS firm for complementary knowledge.
