CirTerra and a commitment to Teaching!
Despite recent improvements in teaching geography and spatial sciences, very few people really understand the immense value of geography or location, or are even thinking spatially. CirTerra takes great pride in delivering both end product and opportunities to teach on the topic of GIS (Geographical Information Systems). There is so much more than maps now! Our information extends into database applications, large scale statistical capabilities, and output that serves to distill massive amounts of data into faster moving information. This allows decisions to be made from more sources (GIS being only one) for maximizing effort.
Because CirTerra employees are often asked questions on planes and outside of conferences and job site interactions we decided to put a page where we can discuss points that apply to everyday life or that have an impact not necessarily seen.
